Lil Kim, born Kimberley Denise Jones, stepped out February 1 with yet a new face. After being out of the eye of the paparazzi for several months Lil Kim made her first appearance in public sporting lighter skin, fuller cheekbones, and a Micheal Jackson (circa 99-2003) style nose.
This look may not come as surprise to all, Lil Kim has slowly showed signs of metamorphosis, this is her October 2011
and in June 2012 just before she went into hiding for her surgery. ies.
At least Kim looks "better" now....better than she did in 2012. Kim, if by chance you read this- Girl its time to stop.
