Homeowner has private bedroom, private bath available to rent in nice two story home in far north Austin. I am looking for a FEMALE roommate only that will be a friends with benefits type of situation. Nonsmoker preferred. This would be a good situation for a student or young professional who is willing to trade basic housekeeping duties for low rental fee. I am also in need of someone who would be willing to help me organize my office and help with administrative duties such as bill paying. Depending on what you are willing to offer me it is possible that rent could be almost free. If the situation is really in line with my needs I may be willing to assist with expenses related to transportation and food, including the occasional use of a reliable automobile. It is getting expensive to make it these days, and we all need to be willing to make alternative life style arrangements in order to make ends meet.
