When i lived in Maryland i worked out everyday, sometimes twice a day. But since i've been back in Georgia i haven't really worked out, and i've noticed the effects of this.
SO today i signed up for a 12 day trial membership at a local gym...i won't say which because they are one of the big ones that i don't really like, BUUUUT its free for 12 days so whatever.


Its a new year, even if you are not overweight (though 2 out of 3 of you are!) it never hurts to work out, get some fresh air in the lungs, WORK THAT BODY!

So i'm off to the gym to work on my fitness, then to work.
